About the Role

Join our team as a Front Desk professional to provide excellent customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and handle various administrative tasks.

  • Manage bookings and reservations
  • Handle cash and process payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements

  • Previous experience in front desk or customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
